Are you preparing your child for a summer camp in Šikland? Here you will find all the important information in one place – from what children will experience at camp, through meals, accommodation, and transport, to how you can stay updated on their adventures during the week.
What will your children experience with us?
- action-packed theatre and western shows,
- night rides on the spooky train and a trail of courage,
- swimming in the natural aqua park and fun on attractions,
- a visit to the haunted castle Draxmoor in Dolní Rožínka,
- encounters with animals in the local zoo park and pastures,
- accompanying animation program.
You’ll always have an overview of your children
At check-in, parents receive a link to the Zonerama gallery, where we regularly upload photos from the camp. We also share content on Facebook, but you may not always see your own child there.
Meals and accommodation
Children are provided with 5 meals a day – breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner – as well as a constant drinks supply. Gluten-free meals are available upon request.
Accommodation is in tents with wooden bases. Facilities include a building with a kitchen, dining room, and sanitary amenities reserved exclusively for the camp.
Photos for parents
At the start of the camp, parents receive a link to the Zonerama gallery, where photos from the camp are regularly uploaded. This way, you can follow what your children are experiencing. We also share content on Facebook, but the complete gallery is always on Zonerama.
Transport
Transport to and from the camp is currently free of charge (valid until 30 November 2025 or until capacity is reached).
Departure points: Prague, Hradec Králové, Pardubice, Brno, Prostějov, Olomouc, Ostrava.
At each departure point, children are handed over to a trained delegate, who supervises them throughout the journey and safely accompanies them back after the camp.
Why choose a camp in Šikland?
Our summer children’s camps take place in the beautiful setting of Šikland amusement park, where a different themed event is held every weekend. All of this is included free of charge as part of the camp program. Throughout the entire stay, children are under the supervision of leaders and instructors.
Before the start of the camp, parents receive:
- instructions for camp check-in (medical certificate, declaration of health, recommended equipment),
- general terms and conditions.
